The hull was blasted apart during the war as it was deemed a hazard as was located in the Catalina take off and landing area. The lead keel was salvaged in 1947. Wreck not located.

The vessel sank during a severe storm. Originally had a Caretaker aboard, but he had left to assist on another fishing boat which was short of crew.
